How do I calculate my weight on another planet?

Multiply your Earth weight by the body's surface gravity divided by Earth's 9.80665 m/s². Someone who weighs 70 on Earth weighs 70 × (3.71 ÷ 9.80665), about 26.48, on Mars. The answer stays in whatever unit you entered.

Does my mass change on another planet?

No. Your mass, the amount of matter you are made of, is the same everywhere. What changes is your weight, the gravitational pull on that mass, so weaker gravity means you weigh less without losing anything.

Where would I weigh the most and the least?

The Sun by far, with a surface gravity of about 274 m/s², roughly 28 times Earth's. Pluto is the lightest at about 0.62 m/s², where you would weigh a sixteenth of your Earth weight. The Moon is the famous middle case at about one sixth.

What units should I enter my weight in?

Any unit at all — kilograms, pounds, stone, even newtons. The calculation is a pure ratio of surface gravities, so the unit cancels and comes back unchanged. There is no need to convert to metric first.

How accurate are these gravity values?

They are measured figures derived from each body's mass and radius, quoted at the equator. Gas giants have no solid surface, so Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune are quoted at the 1-bar pressure level instead. Earth is the exception: 9.80665 m/s² is a defined standard, not a measurement, and real local gravity varies by about half a percent.
